The Caribbean flavor profile is what makes Caribbean Cowboy Barbeque Sauce special. For those customers who wanted more heat than what habanero peppers could provide, we created our On Fire sauce. Based on the original recipe, it is made with a blend of tomato, garlic, onion and other Latin-inspired spices, along with citrus juices and brown sugar, all of which give it it’s unique flavor, but with a hint of habanero and a touch of ghost pepper to really heat things up.
